Columbia City Apartments for Rent and Apartment Rentals

Home | Apartments | Washington | Seattle | Columbia City
Columbia-city-seattle

Pros

  • Besides a minimal amount of property crime, rates of crime in the area are low.
  • Unique shops and restaurants reflecting the local flavor.
  • Views of Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains.

Cons

  • Homes in more desirable areas tend to be a lot more expensive.
Columbia City is a very walkable community located in Ranier Valley on the south side of Seattle. Several shops, restaurants, cafes, and art galleries line the walkways of the business district. Surrounding the commercial area are single family homes and some apartment buildings. Homes are priced on average in the area except for along the "Gold Coast" where more expensive homes are built with lake views. Overall the neighborhood is a very desirable place to live or visit in the Seattle area.
